The ski is a true all-rounder and was developed especially for next-gen ski tourers. It is already available in sizes starting at 120 cm. With an extra soft flex, this ski is well suited for kids and youth and easy to handle. With its low weight, the youngsters can save energy on climbs so they have enough power left for the descent. The full ABS sidewalls guarantee the best possible power transfer to the ski – whether on-piste or in the backcountry. No matter where you head, with the oungstar, the kids are ideally equipped for all snow conditions and any kind of terrain. Compared to DYNAFIT’s other ski models, the Youngstar’s extended turning radius makes the ski very forgiving. At the same time, the full wood core of poplar lends the necessary pop and a smooth chatter-free ride. The rocker construction at the tip and tail and the sidecut are also adapted for each ski size – a unique feature in the ski touring market. This keeps the effective edge length equally proportional to each size, allowing it to function independent of the size. Complementing the ski is the impressive Rotation 7 with its patented pivoting toe piece as the only safety binding for kids and youth that is based on the superlight Low Tech System. The pivoting toe piece evens out impacts that can effect ski and binding on a powerful dynamic downhill. The binding release function is thus more reliable and effectively counters unwanted early release. The ST Rotation 7 binding offers 25 mm of flex in its length adjustment, huge comfort thanks to three walk modes, and can be adjusted to a low release value of DIN 2.5 to 7 – a unique feature on the market for safety and reliability of the highest level. As with all DYNAFIT bindings, the Rotation 7 has been developed and manufactured in Germany and offers DYNAFIT’s Lifetime Guarantee. The set is rounded out with the Youngstar ski skins. Full Side-Wall
Using impact-resistant ABS along the entire length of the ski edge from the steel edge to the top coating guarantees maximum force absorption, for example when skiing over rocks or stones. In addition, direct binding-to-ski power transfer at the edge is optimized thanks to this design.
